Hello ladies, gentlemen, I hope you’ve been keeping well? I have. I’m excited to inform you that you can now shop my looks by clicking on the ‘shop my looks’ image, found on the right hand-side bar.
Today I’m sharing with you details of another of my Paris photoshoot outfits. The location this time is the La Louvre Museum in Paris, the largest museum in the world. La Louvre is a historic monument in France and an iconic central landmark of the city of Paris. Befittingly, I decided to incorporate elements of Parisian fashion for this shoot.
I found this shirt that is to die for, bought it right off the hanger without even trying it on. It’s called a lantern sleeve wrap V-neck front tie shirt blouse. I’ve also seen it referred elsewhere as a ruffle bell sleeve bow-waist tie blouse.
This is beautiful season transition blouse that can be worn on shoulder in the fall and off-shoulder in the spring time because it has quite a wide neckline.
I paired the look with a woolly red beret that my friend Lisa Winckelmans (check out her blog here) helped me pick out from Inno departmental store in Antwerp Belgium. I added a pair of red gloves to match the beret, as warranted by the autumn chill.
Skinny jeans seemed appropriate for the occasion and a pair of red heels to boot. If I dare say so myself, I was both snazzy and cosy in this attire and the snug fit kept the cold away. To accessorize this look, I chose a pair of red earrings, red nail polish and red lipstick to round up my Parisian fashion.
I’ll do my best to look up more competitive prices so we can bargain shop this looks without breaking the bank. While I didn’t find the lantern blouse I’m wearing in the shopstyle store, I managed to find it on Amazon here and on AliExpress here -you are welcome : – )
Next Sunday I’ll post yet another fashion look from the Paris Collection to my Fashion Catalogues. Till then for my fashion catalogue, a bientôt! ღ Helena Grey
